Eddie Bisset is the Managing Director of HERBEX and founder of the Happy Child Foundation. With his family members, business shareholders and committed friends, Eddie has poured his resources and energies into assisting preschool children in Cape Town's poorer areas, to live a better life.
DIANE BISSET
Diane Bisset is the Finance and Admin Manager of Herbex. The Happy Child Foundation offers her the opportunity to contribute to the nurturing and happiness of some of the many disadvantaged children in our local communities.
LEIGH PEISER
Leigh Peiser is a shareholder and Pharmacy Sales Manager of Herbex. Leigh's involvement with the Happy Child Foundation combines her love for children with an unwavering desire to serve humanity.
LARA THOMPSON
Lara Thompson is the Supermarket Division Sales Manager at Herbex. Lara is committed to improving the lives of the wonderful children in underprivileged communities. Together with the rest of the Herbex team, she is involved in the day to day operations of the Happy Child Foundation.
EDGE BISSET
Edge Bisset runs his own very successful IT company, Cyberlogic. He recently completed his MBA through the University of Cape Town. As his skills lie in the management and IT fields, he assists greatly in the development of the support systems for the smooth functioning of the Happy Child Foundation.
DR FRANK MÜLLER
Dr Frank Müller is a medical doctor and pharmacologist - MB, ChB MMedSc (Pharmacology) (UOFS). He is an expert on African medicinal plants. His lifelong interest in bringing health to the under-served led him to research the sustainable provision of nutrition and potable water to marginalised communities. The Happy Bar combines his expertise in formulating herbal remedies with his knowledge of the nutritional needs of children.
MICHAEL FIALKOV
Michael Fialkov is a practising attorney in partnership with Kantor-Fialkov of Claremont, Western Cape. He graduated at the University of Cape Town with a Dip. Law Degree and qualified as a practising attorney and conveyancer in Cape Town in 1967 and also in Lesotho.
VIC ETTLING
Vic Ettling is a retired Cape Town businessman, who has been involved in numerous public benefit organisations. A long standing employee of CNA, Vic served the company for 40 years. Retirement now gives him the time to be fully involved in the activities of the Happy Child Foundation.
